It is informed by counsel for Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) that requisite balance payment has been made on 20th March 2025. A copy of ECR showing payments has been handed up to the Court. Same has been informed to the counsel for petitioner, who appears through VC. 2.
Though this constitutes complete compliance with what has been directed by this Court vide order dated 12th November 2024, counsel for petitioner states that they are seeking a clarification of order dated 12th November 2024 before the Writ Court.

Considering that compliance has already been carried out, instant contempt petition stands disposed of.

Needless to state, the petitioner is always at liberty to seek clarification, which will be considered in accordance with law by the Court concerned.
