The present petition has been filed for tracing the father of the Petitioner who is missing from 18.09.2024.

Notice was issued on the petition and periodic Status Reports are being filed by the State. In compliance of order dated 27.01.2025, the case was transferred to Anti Human Trafficking Unit Crime Branch ["AHTU']. Pursuant to the said transfer, Status Reports have been filed by the AHTU, Crime Branch.

The last Status Report was filed on 02.05.2025. The Status Reports indicates that vide DD No. 207A dated 18.09.2024, efforts have been made to trace the father of the Petitioner, but there was no clue and since the missing person could not be traced on 12.02.2025, FIR No. 88/2025 dated 12.02.2025, under Section 140(3) of BNSS was registered at PS Chhawla. The relevant paragraphs of the Status Report are reproduced as under:

"3. On 28.04.2025, a request letter was given to the Haryana Digital Network to display/advertise the details of the missing person in the local media channel of Haryana and the details of missing person were advertised on the same. On the same day Home for aged and infirmed persons at Bindapur, Delhi, was also checked, but no clue about the missing person was found.

4. On 29.04.2025, Old age Home, Manesar, (Haryana) got checked and hue & cry notices were pasted on the prominent places of Gurugram (Haryana). On the same day hue & cry notices were pasted at prominent places of Farukkabad, Uttar Pardesh.

5. On 30.04.2025, records of old age Homes run by "The Earth Saviour Foundation" in the area of Haryana & Rajasthan were checked and details of the missing person was also shared with them. Hue & cry notices were pasted at the prominent places of Delhi specially in the areas of Delhi Gurugram border area.

6. Оn 30.04.2025, the team also visited the last working place of missing person i.e. Tajsats Air Catering Ltd. Flight Kitchen, Mahipalpur, Delhi and interrogate the staff there, but no clue about the missing person was found.

7. On 01.05.2025, the photographs of missing person was sent for publication to the print media. Also Govt. Hospitals in the area of Delhi were visited and record of mortuary and emergency record was checked, but no clue about the missing person was found.

8. Details of the missing person are being checked regularly on the ZIPNET Portal. But no clue about the missing person has been found till date.

Sincere efforts are going on to trace the missing person. However, till date no clue has been found about the missing person. Further investigation is in progress in right earnest" 5.
