% 19.04.2016 The petitioners filed the present petition under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator to constitute arbitral tribunal for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

During the pendency of the petition, by order dated 18th March, 2016 the matter was referred to the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. After various meetings, the parties have settled their disputes.

The Settlement Report dated 17th March, 2016 of the learned Mediator is on the record. The terms and conditions of the settlement are mentioned in para 6 of the same. The Settlement Agreement is duly signed by the parties as well as by their counsel. The parties shall be bound by the

terms and conditions of the settlement.

The present petition is disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement.
