Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the officials of the respondent had gone to provide the electricity connection at the premises of the petitioner. However, they were obstructed by the respondent no.2, the landlord.

In these circumstances, a direction is issued that the respondent shall install the electricity connection at the petitioner's premises on 20th February, 2026 (Friday) at 11:00 AM.

The concerned SHO shall provide the necessary police protection for the said purpose.

The petition stands disposed of.
