The present application, filed under Section 152 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeks amendment in Judgment dated 22.09.2025 to the effect that the Appellant be directed to pay 50% of the arrears of interim maintenance to the Respondent in terms of Order dated 06.12.2017.

All the interim Orders passed during the pendency of the Appeal cease to exist the day the final judgment is passed. 5.
