The petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of directing the Divisional Commissioner to expedite the hearing of the petitioner's appeal. 2.
It is submitted that 7-8 months have elapsed since the filing of the appeal, however, there has not been any substantial hearing. 3.
The Court is not inclined to manage the board of the Divisional Commissioner. The micro management of the Board will have to be take place as per the workload of the concerned authority. However, liberty to emphasise for early disposal of the appeal is granted to the petitioner. If such a request is made, the Court believes that the same would be considered appropriately.
