The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "(a) allow the present Writ Petition; and/or (b) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to declare the official results of Delhi University Inter College Swimming (Men & Women) Championship 2023 conducted between 21st to 22nd December 2023 by the Respondent No. 1; and/or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
(c) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to send the Petitioner for the All India Inter University Aquatics Championship, 20232024 at National level being organized at Chennai, from February 2nd to February 4th, 2024 and consequential benefit thereto; and/or (d) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the notification dated November 14th, 2023 by the Respondent No.1 to the extent it applies the criteria of performance of the Vith place of the All India Inter University Swimming (Men & Women) Championship, 2022-2023 for selection of Swimming teams to participate at the Zonal level of All India Inter University Swimming (Men & Women) Championship, 2023-2024; and/or (e) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.
3 to permit the Petitioner to participate in the All India Inter University Aquatics Championship, 20232024 at National level being held in Chennai on February 2nd, 2024 to February 4th 2024 and grant consequential benefits thereto ; and/or (f) pass such other/further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that certain slots are available in certain events in which the Petitioner has fared exceedingly well for the purpose of selection of the University Team for the event to be held in Chennai.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to file a representation for the selection of the Petitioner herein to represent Delhi University in the India Inter Zonal Swimming (Men & Women) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Championship, Chennai.

It is open for the Petitioner to make the said representation within one day and the University is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders so that the representation does not become infructuous.

With these directions the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court if need arises in future.
