% 23.10.2019 This is a petition for reduction of two sureties. The petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of three weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is unable to arrange two sureties because he cannot afford the same. Heard. In the interest of justice, the order dated 16.07.2019 stands amended. The petitioner be released on furlough on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Rest of the terms and conditions of order dated 16.07.2019 will remain the same. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
