The present petition alleges wilful disobedience / non-compliance with the directions contained in the judgment/ order dated 05.01.2026 passed in LPA 3/2026. The relevant extract of the said order reads as under: "8. The learned Counsel for the Appellant confines her prayer for issuing a direction to the Appellate Authority to expedite the proceedings of the Appeal and conclude the same within one month from the date of the Appeal was preferred pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. It has been informed that the Appeal has been filed on 22.12.2025.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2, however, states that the Appellate Authority may be granted time till 15.02.2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. for the conclusion of the proceedings.

10. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this Appeal with a direction to the Appellate Authority to conclude the proceedings of the Appeal preferred by the Appellant, by 22.01.2026.

11. The Appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms." 4.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the concerned Appellate Authority has disposed of the petitioner's appeal, although beyond the time granted vide paragraph 10 of the aforesaid judgment / order dated 05.01.2026.

Be that as it may, considering that the appellate exercise is concluded, after some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a substantive petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, assailing the said order of the Appellate Authority on various grounds.
