% 16.12.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Revision Court has already passed the order remanding the matter to the Trial Court with the direction to the Trial Court to pass a detailed order while disposing of the application under Section 145(2) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and the Trial Court is now seized of the matter, hence, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to avail the appropriate remedies in case the application of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dismissed by it. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for subject to just exceptions. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
