The instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Allow the writ petition Under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India directing the respondent for complying with the directions of Government Of Delhi Vide Advisory NO.JLC/CLA/001/LAB/2705 Dated 7.9.2018 with respect to Notification NO.2275 Dated 14.11.2017 by the respondents against terminating the petitioners working regularly at the establishment of respondent no.1 and presently working through respondent no.2 b) Issue the writ of mandamus or any other writ or order as may be deemed fit against the respondents to implement the notification and the guidelines issued by the respondents, Government of NCT vide No.JLC/CLA/011/Lab./2705 dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

c) Issue directions to the respondents to regularize the petitioners into the services of the respondent No.1 and also provide all legal and statutory benefits and continuous of employment, which are being given to the regular employees working in the same post and same nature.

d) Any other order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents."

After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks an innocuous prayer to file a detailed representation/application before the Secretary, Public Works Department within two weeks. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5.

After perusal of the record, contentions made in the petition as well as the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioners and no objection from the respondents, this Court is inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.

The petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation/application along with the certified copy of this order before the Secretary, Public Works Department within two weeks. After receiving the detailed representation/application, the Secretary, Public Works Department is directed to dispose of the detailed representation/application after hearing the petitioners and pass a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six weeks. With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
