BAIL APPLN. 335/2025 By way of the present petition filed under section 482 read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0977/2024 dated 23.12.2024 registered under sections 311/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at P.S.: Mehrauli, Delhi.
