An Application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed seeking Interim Bail for a period of about 90 days in FIR No.330/2020 under Section 307/34/341/147/148 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act registered at Police Station Narela.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been detected of Tuberculosis in September, 2024 and is not getting proper treatment and diet. While he was admitted for interim bail for one month in October-November, 2024, his medical condition improved, but again it has deteriorated as he is not getting proper treatment. 3.

The Status Report has been filed on record.

After some submissions, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the interim bail Application to seek regular bail before the learned Trial Court.
