The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 125/2024 dated 20.02.2024 registered under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at the Police Station Keshav Puram.

Upon instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present bail application as a fresh application in view of change of circumstances is to be moved before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above submission, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
