The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: (a) Grant parole for a period of 60 days from the date of petitioner's surrender as the earlier parole was granted upto 30.01.2024 as per the order dated 20.12.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(Crl.) No. 3130/2023;

(b) Or in the alternative, extend the order dated 20.12.2023 passed in W.P.(Crl.) No. 3130/2023 extending the parole of the petitioner; (c) Pass any other order(s) deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances."

to the present petitioner vide order dated 20.12.2023 passed in W.P.(CRL) 3130/2023 and extended vide order dated 30.01.2024 passed in the present petition, is further extended for a period of 10 days from today. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on 12.02.2024 at 4 PM.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
