O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions contained in the order dated 03.02.2026 have been complied with inasmuch as the premises have been restored to its earlier condition in terms of the statement made by the respondents and as incorporated in paras-3 and 4 of the said order dated 03.02.2026.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 3.

It is acceded that as on date there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents with the orders passed by this Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the respondent no.1 is not living in the premise in question, he is desirous of removing his personal effects / articles from the said premise. 5.

Liberty is granted to the respondent no.1 to file an appropriate application in this regard in the competent Court / tribunal which is seized of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the matter. In the event of such an application being filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously.

The pending proceedings under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 shall also be decided expeditiously. The Divisional Commissioner is requested to expedite the proceedings and schedule hearings at short intervals in order to adjudicate the controversy. 7.

The concerned Court seized of the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is also requested to expedite the proceedings.

The petitioner shall continue to remain bound with the statement made on the previous date of hearing and as recorded in para-6 of the order dated 03.02.2026 that she shall not take any adjournment in the proceedings under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 as well as proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Likewise, the respondents shall also not take any adjournment.
