This Court had decreed the suit in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants vide the judgment dated 23rd December, 2019 and awarded a cost of ₹7,75,150/-.

By this application plaintiff prays that the cost as awarded be given to the counsel for the plaintiff for the reason the plaintiff has no account in India.

Considering that the application is duly supported by the affidavit of authorized representative of the plaintiff, the cost as directed to be awarded in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant for a sum of ₹7,75,150/- will be awarded to the learned counsel for the plaintiff i.e. S.S. Rana & Co. 4.

Application is disposed of.
