Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the DG CISF to re-fix the Petitioners pay along with all the consequential benefits as per Rule 05 and 06 of the CCS Revised Pay Rules, 2008, w.e.f 1 8.08.2008, petitioners (105) became entitled thereto, in view of the judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Harjinder Singh & Ors. v. Union of India and the identical issue considered by this court dated in W.P.(C) 363/2026 dated 12.01 .2026, titled as INSP EXE MANOJ KUMAR YADA V & ORS vs. UNION OF INDIA & ORS. AND TO EXTEND THESE JUDGEMENT ON THE PETITIONERS (I05) IN TIME BOUND MANNER.

order, or direction directing the DG CISF to pay the Petitioners (I05) arrears of Refixed pay with effect from the date petitioners became entitled thereto, along with interest at 9% per annum in view of judgment of Delhi High Court Harjinder Singh & Ors. v. Union of India AND TO EXTEND THIS JUDGEMENT ON THE PETITIONERS (I05) IN TIME BOUND MANNER....."

Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn our attention to page 99 of the writ petition, wherein on an identical issue, the writ petition was disposed of by this Court. 3.
Though, the learned counsel for the respondents states that she has to take instructions as to whether the present issue is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Harjinder Singh & Ors. v. Union of India W.P.(C) 9256/2020 decided on 06.01.2021, we are of the view that the writ petition be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioners, and decide the same by keeping in view the judgment of this Court in Harjinder Singh (supra), within a period of 12 weeks as an outer limit.

It goes without saying that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondents, to seek such remedy, as available in law. 5.
The petition along with the applications, if any, is accordingly disposed of.
