1. It is explained by learned counsel for the Respondents after producing the original medical record, that as far as the Petitioner No. 1 Rohit Kumar is concerned, his scar is „hypertrophic‟, which can result in a „Kelloid‟ being formed and which is, therefore, a disqualification on medical grounds.

2. As far as Petitioner No. 2 is concerned, he too has a recent scar as a result of removal of a tattoo. The scar has still not healed.

3. In that view of the matter, the Court sees no reason to interfere. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. The pending application is also disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
