This petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the following reliefs:- "a) Issue an appropriate Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to stop the suspicious/hidden transfer proceeding or order, if any and direct the respondents not to transfer the petitioner till the deputation period i.e. till05.08.2029.

The learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that no order has currently been passed for transferring the petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is clearly premature and is, accordingly, dismissed.

We leave it open to the petitioner to avail of his legal remedies as and when the cause of action for the same may arise.
