Mr. Mohit Gupta, counsel for petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise pleas during arguments at the post trial stage.

Needless to say, observations made in the impugned orders dated 16th December 2025 and 25th July 2025, related to the merits of the matter shall not be determinative of the issues in question. 3.

The Trial Court, after completion of the evidence, shall take a final view on the issues.

The Trial Court is expected to proceed with the matter. 5.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. 6.
