The present petition has been filed by the petitioner Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the impugned order dated 19th July, 2025, passed by the learned trial court in Execution Petition No. 2039/2018, whereby the objections filed by the Judgment Debtors under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 have been decided and the execution petition has been disposed of as satisfied.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the impugned order is appealable and so he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 6.
