Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, that consequent to order dated 17.01.2018, the petitioner was required to join investigation, the petitioner did join investigation and faced Test Identification Parade (T.I.P.) in which the complainant failed to recognize the petitioner. 2.

Further he submits that the chargesheet has been filed without arrest and accordingly, there is no apprehension of arrest in the present FIR. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been admitted to regular bail by the Trial Court. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this petition. 5.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. APRIL 03, 2018/'Sn'
