The petitioner has approached this Court claiming that they had filed a praecipe for early hearing of the case but the same is not being heard by the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "DRAT") on urgent basis.

In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to move a detailed application with regard to their urgency before the learned DRAT.
