% 18.10.2019 It is not disputed that the case against the petitioners was registered based upon an e-mail received by the concerned police officials from U.S.A and till date the complainant has not contacted the investigating officer due to which her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. could not be recorded and charge sheet has not been filed for the aforesaid purpose. Accordingly, I hereby modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to travel abroad to the extent that the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- and shall furnish a 'No Objection Certificate' from their respective sureties.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
