Learned counsel for the appellants states that vide the impugned order on sentence dated 07.01.2023, the appellants were sentenced to the period already undergone by them. She submits that the present appeals were preferred challenging the conviction and the aforesaid order of sentence. 2.
She further submits that the appellants no longer wish to pursue the appeals and seek permission to withdraw the same. Lastly, she states that the fines imposed upon all the appellants have already been paid. The factum of payment of fine by Shahina was recorded in the order dated 31.01.2023, by Reshma and Laxmipathy in the order dated 01.02.2023, and by Sakina Bi in the order dated 02.02.2023.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
