% 04.12.2019 This is a petition filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of nine months, (even though prayer made is for six months).

Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for extension of time.

Accordingly, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of nine months effective from November 10, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
