Learned counsel for MCD/R-1 submits that further partial demolition took place on 06.02.2025 and three RCC panels were demolished. She also submits that further action is now contemplated for 17th instant. 2.
She also informs that with respect to the manner in which the seals were tampered, a written complaint has already been sent to the concerned SHO for taking further action in accordance with law. 3.
Learned counsel for STF also appears and submits that they are updating the status on their website and the petitioner can always access the same.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner, at the moment, does not press his present petition. He, however, seeks permission to revive the same in case there is no further action by the respondents with respect to the building in question.

Present petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. Liberty is also granted to petitioner to revive the present petition, if need so arises.
