Mr. Sumit Teterwal, learned counsel for the respondents, has taken instructions in terms of the order dated 19.02.2025 in W.P.(C) 1130/2025 and the order dated 21.02.2025 in W.P.(C) 1032/2025, and states that the writ petitions may be disposed of with a direction that the petitioners will join at the transferred post by 15.04.2025.

The petitioners are directed to file undertakings before this Court within one week from today, stating that they will join at the transferred W.P.(C) 1032/2025 & connected matter.

post by 15.04.2025. If such undertakings are filed, the respondents are directed not to take coercive steps against the petitioners until 15.04.2025 for non-compliance with the impugned transfer order dated 15.01.2025. 3.

Until 15.04.2025, the petitioners will continue to report to the location where they were working prior to the transfer order. 4.

The writ petitions, alongwith the pending applications, are disposed of with these directions.
