% 10.10.2019 Petitioner is said to be behind bars serving his sentence in three different cases. Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking extension of parole of eight months to attend his ailing wife, who is said to be suffering from tuberculosis and has to also undergo gallbladder surgery as well.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that vide order of 6th September, 2019 petitioner has been released on parole for a period of four weeks, which is coming to an end on 11th October, 2019. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has placed on record status report dated 10th October, 2019 verifying the factum of treatment and doctor's opinion about surgery of petitioner's wife. In view of the facts and circumstances, the parole granted to W.P.(Crl.) 2844/2019

petitioner is extended for a further period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions as enunciated in the order of 6th September, 2019 of this Court.
