If the respondent has a grievance against the petitioners/UOI for noncompliance of the judgment dated 29.10.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, upheld by this court, he is at liberty to seek legal
recourse before the competent Forum vested with jurisdiction in that regard. 3.
The application is disposed of with liberty granted to the respondent as noted above.
