The present application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed by the Decree Holder seeking revival of the Execution Petition No. 4/2022 on account of non-compliance of undertaking given by the Judgment Debtor.

Learned Counsel for the Decree Holder states that they have been served with a copy of the affidavit filed by the Judgment Debtor and in view of the same, learned Counsel for the Decree Holder seeks permission to withdraw the present Application for revival of the said Execution Petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present Application is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending applications, if any.
