We have heard the learned Counsel for the Appellants. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Appellants, upon being informed that the present Appeal is not maintainable for the reason that the order dated 17.11.2025 under challenge in the present Appeal only issues Notice of the Application, being CM No.71742/2025, seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal with an observation that learned Single Judge may decide the said Application at the earliest possible.
