W.P.(CRL) 53/2017 Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction from SI Nitesh Nehra PS Patel Nagar, submits that petitioner was called in the police station during the enquiry conducted on the complaint of Dr. Vikas Jain against petitioner no.1. It is submitted that the complaint has now been closed and presence of petitioners is not required.

In view of this statement, present petition has not been pressed and disposed of as not pressed.
