After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition and seeks liberty to take other appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
