The appellants have taken exception to order dated 04.12.2019 whereby their petition seeking probate/letters of administration has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellants, however, submits that in view of some subsequent development, the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing their present appeal and seek to withdraw it. 3.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
