The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/ MCD to permanently de-seal the property of the petitioner being all the halls on the First Floor; Shop No.2 at Ground floor; Hall No. G2 at Ground Floor; and every other part of property which was sealed by the respondent no.1 at the property bearing mo. A-17, situated in Gali No. 2, out of Khasra No. 10/18, Ambedkar Vihar, Johripur, Delhi 110094. 2.
It is stated that the aforesaid property was sealed on 19th November, 2025 on account of misuse.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD on advance notice submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable and the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 07th May, 2004 and 24th March, 2006 of the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 W.P.(C) 1326/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Accordingly, the present petition, along with all pending applications, stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Monitoring Committee.
