The present petition has been filed inter alia seeking quashing of the order dated 22.10.2022 passed by learned ASJ, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi whereby the petitioner was directed to pay 20% of the fine amount to the respondent No.2 within two months from the date of impugned order.

A perusal of order dated 02.02.2023 passed by this Court would show that after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner had restricted his prayer to the extent that time allotted be extended by a period of two months, which was granted. On that day, notice was also directed to be issued to respondent No.2. Thereafter, petitioner failed to appear repeatedly, inasmuch, did not take any steps.
