Ltd.' by a period of twelve (12) months reckoned from the date on which the existing time period for making the Arbitral Award is set to expire i.e. 21-01-2025; AND b) Pass any or such order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 4.
