By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 329/2017 dated 15.04.2017, registered at Police Station Samaipur Badli, District Rohini, Delhi, under Sections 307/315/354A/376/506(II)/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement. 2.

After some argument, Mr. Neeraj Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court.
