CM APPL.7613/2025 (filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 30.01.205) 1.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification / clarification of the order dated 30.01.2025, passed by this Court.

It is contended by the petitioner that the relevant Letter of Credit in the context of the contract in W.P.(C) 1049/2025 was opened on 30.12.2024 and not prior to 26.12.2024 as recorded in paragraph-13 and 14 (v) of the said order.

Considering the aforesaid, at request of the petitioner, the order dated 30.01.2025 is modified / clarified in terms sought by the petitioner. 4.

Needless to say, the fact that the concerned relevant irrevocable commercial letter/s of credit (ICLC) was opened after 26.12.2024, shall be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
