The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks following prayers:- "a. Direct the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi to decide the HMA Case No. 61401 of 2016 (Originally Numbered as HMA Case No. 57248 of 2012) in a time bound manner (Six Months); and b. Pass any other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and to meet the ends of justice." 4.
