Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents for not complying with the specific directions contained in order dated 24.10.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 14971/2024 whereby the respondents were directed to consider the above said writ petition as a representation and to pass a speaking order thereon and to communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has not heard anything so far from the respondents in this regard. 3.

Ms. Ekta Chaudhary, learned Senior Panel Counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the matter is under active consideration and the representation has already been forwarded to the Headquarter and she also submits that a final decision CONT.CAS(C) 118/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today. Her such statement is based on requisite instructions. 4.

In view of the above said statement and the assurance, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at the moment, does not press his contempt petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 6.

Needless to say, in case, nothing is done by the respondents within the aforesaid period of four weeks, as undertaken above, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition by moving appropriate application.
