2. A direction is issued to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies to decide each of the applications mentioned in prayer (c) of the petition, after affording the Petitioner an opportunity of hearing, not later than 31st December, 2019 and communicate the decision to the Petitioner not later than 15th January, 2020.

3. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such decision it will be open to him to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
