% 11.02.2020 IA. 1351/2020 This is a joint application filed by the parties under Section 151 CPC for taking the settlement agreement dated December 20, 2019 executed between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on record.

When the matter was listed on the last date of hearing, I deferred the matter for today as the settlement agreement dated December 20, 2019 was not on record. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed the settlement agreement dated December 20, 2019 on record, which is of 87 pages. Learned counsel for the parties state that the same be taken on record. The settlement agreement is taken on record and is exhibited as Ex.AB.

I take on record the statement made by the counsel for the parties that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement. I also record that the counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft bearing no. 145863 dated January 22, 2020 for Rs.2,65,50,000/- drawn on IDFC First Bank to the counsel for the petitioner.
