When the matter is called out, nobody appears for the petitioner. 2.

This petition has been preferred as a Public Interest Litigation with the following prayers :

"(a) Issue a direction in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/direction or directions to respondent No.l for an exemption of CNG driven vehicles W P (C) 11641/2019

during period of odd and even scheme w.e.f. 04.11.2019 to 15.11.2019.

and/or (b) Restrain the respondent No. 1 from implementing the arbitrary odd and even scheme in Delhi to protect the interest of owners of CNG driven vehicles of Delhi. (c) Pass such further order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper under the facts and in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 submits that odd and even scheme floated by the Respondent No.1 is already over and hence no question of giving any exemption as prayed for in this writ petition whatsoever arises.

In view of this submission by learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, this writ petition is hereby disposed of as infructuous. CHIEF JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR, J.
