% 13.02.2026 1.

Vide last order dated 30.01.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to address arguments on maintainability. A perusal of the record reveals that earlier the petitioner had filed CRL.M.C. 446/2026 seeking the very similar reliefs, as also that the same was withdrawn by the petitioner with liberty to approach the appropriate forum(s) in accordance with law [Annexure P3].

2.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner presses this petition in the present form, again seeking the very same relief as sought in Crl.M.C. 446/2026. The reliefs sought in the present petition are reproduced as under:- "I.

To pass appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Mahila Courts in the NCT of Delhi to efface the names of the parties in a matrimonial dispute in the cause list of the Court. II. To pass appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Mahila Courts in the NCT of Delhi to supply of the copies of the orders passed free of cost to the parties in the matter of application u /s 12, DV Act. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 17/02/2026 at 13:08:47

III. To pass appropriate writ order or direction commanding the Mahila Courts in the NCT of Delhi to hear the objection of the Aggrieved against being communicated with by the counsel for the respondent and, in appropriate cases, pass Protection Order /s 18(d) even against counsel for the respondent.

IV. To set aside the order dated 28.06 2025 passed by Ms. Prema Rai, the learned RJMFC/ East / Delhi in CT Cases/7997/2024. V. To set aside the order dated 15.11 .2025 passed by the Court of Ms. Ritika Kansal, the learned JMFC (Mahila Court -02) East/ Delhi in CT Cases/7997/2024.

VII To stay the operation of the impugned order dated 28.06.2025 passed by Ms. Prerna Rai, the learned RJMFC/ East/ Delhi in CT Cases/ 7997/2024 and further to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 15.11 .2025 passed by Ms. Ritika Kansal, the learned JMFC (Mahila Court 02)/ East / Delhi in CT Cases/7997/2024 during the pendency of this petition in this Hon' ble Court. VIII. To pass any other order or direction as deemed appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice." 3.

As apparent from the aforesaid, the petitioner is once again seeking almost similar reliefs qua which he had earlier already withdrawn the writ petition, without showing any change in circumstances and/ or material difference inter se the two. In any event, the petitioner is seeking distinct reliefs, some of which are in the nature of the Public Interest Litigation (prayers I to III) while some other are in the nature of private reliefs (prayers IV to VII), by way of a common writ petition, which cannot be permitted.

4.

As such the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, if any, is dismissed in limine.
