Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and, on instructions, submits that matter is under active consideration and the statutory petition would be disposed of within the maximum period of three weeks from today.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid statement and the assurance, he, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the same by moving appropriate application in case nothing is done within the aforesaid timeframe as undertaken by the respondents.

In view of the above, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
