1. The Court has perused the original medical record. It is seen that the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) held on 22nd June, 2019 found the Petitioner unfit due to hypertension. The Review Medical Examination („RME‟) which took place on 7th October, 2019 again found him unfit for the same reason. The records of the RME reveal that four readings were taken which consistently showed that the Petitioner was suffering from hypertension.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to contest the aforementioned four readings by contending that only one reading was taken and that too, only in one arm, and that this was contrary to the protocol devised by the Respondents themselves.

3. The Court is not prepared to get into these disputed questions of fact. Going by the original medical record produced before the Court, no case is made for interference.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
