The present petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(i) Initiate the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for noncompliance of order dated 04.11.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 3543/2024 Titled As 'Rahul Vs Union of India & Anr';

(ii) Pass such other orders as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The present petition was filed for non-compliance of the judgment dated 04.11.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3543/2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has handed up in Court today an order dated 17.04.2025, whereby the aforesaid order has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) 12879/2025. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive subject to outcome of the SLP.
